Refund policy

Every Black Bovx item is printed to order just for you.

Damaged, misprinted or wrong item: email a photo of the problem to Blackbovx@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery, with your order number. We will send a free replacement or a full refund. You do not need to send the item back.

Lost package: if tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or the package never arrives, email us and we will reship or refund.

Size or change of mind: because each item is made to order, we can't accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product before ordering.

Cancellations: orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, before printing starts. Email us right away to cancel.

Refund timing: approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
